Despite the enormous advances that have been made in the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis in recent times, there remain many clinical challenges, faced by both clinicians and patients. In Valencia, we will be highlighting the difficulties around the management of mucus (sticky secretions) in particular, and examining how this has evolved to the present day where, for the first time in around 20 years, we’re looking forward to some very practical options.
On behalf of the faculty, I would like to invite you to register for this event, and also to ask for your assistance with my opening presentation. In this session, I hope to “set the scene”, with a look at the most important and current unmet needs, in this disease, as voted by you and key European patient groups. When you’ve registered, you will be asked to answer 4 short questions. It should only take a few minutes and all responses will be collated anonymously.
This is your opportunity to influence the content of the meeting and I very much hope that you will take the chance to do so.
With Kind Regards,

Dr Diana Bilton
